PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts and increase vibration resistance. SOLUTION: In this controller of an electric compressor, the substrate 12 of an electric motor driving circuit is fixed to the inside lower part of a housing 11, and electric terminals 14a and 14b are fitted to the upper surface of the substrate. A laminated type film capacitor 15 is fixed to the inside upper part of the housing 11, and connection terminals 18a and 18b are fitted to the lower part of the capacitor.
