PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain dispensing condition semipermanently in a stick cosmetic dispensing container for vertically sliding a stick cosmetic 1. SOLUTION: A spiral portion 10b to which a spirally engaging protrusion 103 protruded on the side surface of a holding cylinder 2 holding the stick cosmetic 1, is spirally provided with knurl with numerous protrusions all over the inner peripheral surface to compose a spiral knurl 115a. The spirally engaging protrusion 103 of the holding cyliner 2 is spirally engaged with adjacent lines of spiral knurl 115a. The spirally engaging protrusion 103 has a spirally engaging surface 103a provided with a recessed portion 132c. The recessed portion 132c collects a lubricant 37 such as a petroleum jelly applied between the spiral knurl 115a and the spirally engaging surface 103a of the spirally engaging protrusion 103.
