BITSTREAMS TRANSCEIVER SYSTEM AND METHOD, AND APPARATUS AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to accurately make an alignment in a transmitter side and a receiver side correctly when a clock signal cannot be obtained from a communication network.

SOLUTION: A bitstreams transceiver system includes: a frequency standard unit 13 for a bitstream generator corrected by a standard time signal receiving a clock signal from a GPS satellite after the clock signal is generated; a bitstream generation means 15 for generating the bitstream according to a transmission side clock signal corrected by the standard time signal received from the GPS satellite; a transmitting means 19 for converting the bitstream received from the bitstream generation means 15 to data of the format that can be transmitted by a communication network 20 and transmitting via the communication network 20; a receiver frequency standard unit 16 corrected by the standard time signal receiving the clock signal from the GPS satellite; and a receiving means 21 receiving the data transmitted from the transmitting means 19 based on the receiving side clock signal corrected by the standard time signal received from the GPS satellite, converting the data into the bitstream, and outputting the bitstream.
