<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink jet recording paper being excellent in the glossiness of a blank paper part and a printing part and in ink jet recording suitability such as ink density, ink absorbing properties and a recorded image quality. <P>SOLUTION: The ink jet recording paper has a constitution wherein the lower layer of a recording layer containing a polymeric compound (A) showing hydrophilicity in a temperature region not higher than a temperature sensing point and hydrophobicity in a temperature region higher than the temperature sensing point and particulates (B) is provided on a substrate and the upper layer of the recording layer containing particulates (C) is provided on the lower layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
