<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an output of a fuel cell stack to the outside without making a system large, even if an output voltage of the fuel cell stack is below a voltage value regulated by a converter. <P>SOLUTION: When an output voltage of the fuel cell stack 2 gets below a given value, a regulation controller 6 cools a DC-DC converter 3 at a cooling capacity higher than at a normal time. By this, even when a current volume is increased in order to keep the same output power, a temperature rise of the DC-DC converter 3 can be prevented and the output limitation of the DC-DC converter 3 can be prevented so that the output of the fuel cell stack 2 can be supplied to the outside even in the case the output value of the fuel cell stack 2 is below an input voltage lower limit value of the DC-DC converter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
