PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery-preventive card with two dimensional code capable of storing even data having a relatively large information quantity such as a facial portrait or individual collation information with high individual specificity, and using them for individual confirmation or the like, and an information presentation collation system and an information presentation collation method using the forgery-preventive card.

SOLUTION: The card 2 is formed by laminating at least two card materials 201 and 202. At least either an IC chip 203 or a RFID tag 204 is inserted between the card materials 201 and 202, and a two-dimensional code 1 storing image data is formed on at least one card material 201. The IC chip 203 and the FRID tag 204 store collation data for collating the data stored in the two-dimensional code 1.
