<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new frozen broth having very good handleability while being the freezing type one. <P>SOLUTION: The frozen broth in an ice cream or sherbet shape is obtained by cooling a seasoning broth containing essence of broth of at least one kind selected from livestock products, marine products and farm products, for example, while stirring the broth.
