<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force controller of a vehicle for efficiently increasing a driving force generated by a motor. <P>SOLUTION: The driving force controller is provided with an internal-combustion engine for driving main drive wheels, a power generator driven by the internal-combustion engine, the motor driven by power from the power generator and driving wheels other than the main drive wheels, and a storage device electrically connected to the power generator parallel to the motor.
