<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a contour sheet back and forth corresponding to up and down movements of a backrest so that a position of the mouth of a patient in front and back directions does not change regardless of the up and down movement of the backrest. <P>SOLUTION: A dental treatment chair 10 includes the contour sheet 13 and a back sheet 12 which can be brought up and down against the contour sheet 13. A rack pounder 2 having a rack tooth 2a at a bottom surface and a rack tooth 2b at a top surface is attached to the contour sheet 13, and when a motor 1 is rotated forward during the backrest is moved from an upright situation to a laying situation, the rotation is transferred to the rack tooth 2a through a toothed gear 3 to move the contour sheet 13 in a front direction (a direction shown by an arrow B).
