<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which can flexibly cope with a variety of connectors and in which increase of component cost can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The child housing 10 has a terminal support part 19, and the terminal support part 19 supports a connector 30 with its tip part and base part protruded outside. Lids 14, 15 are opening and closing capably provided at the base side of this terminal support part 19 through hinges 12, 13. The lids 14, 15 cover the connecting part of the terminal part of a flat harness 40 and the base of the connector 30 from both sides of its connection direction and clip it. Water absorption tapes 16, 17 are respectively provided at the outer edge part of the opposed faces of the lids 14, 15.
