PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient lens holder, light guide device and light irradiation apparatus. SOLUTION: The lens holder 10 is equipped with: a cylindrical part 11 which is attachable to and detachable from the tip end 21 of a light guide 20, which converges light beams emitted from the light emitting end 21a of the tip end 21, and which has an annular recess 11a provided in the inner circumferential face, wherein the annular recess 11a is arranged opposite to the annular groove 21b formed on the outer circumferential face at the tip end 21 of the light guide 20; a lens 12 which is fixed on the tip end side of the cylindrical part 11; and a ring member 13 which is housed in the groove 21b on the light guide 20 end and in the recess 11a on the cylindrical part 11 end and which is elastically deformable in the radial direction.
