PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of failure on a first drawing terminal by preventing a foreign substance such as dust from attaching to the first drawing terminal by the time when a wiring board is mounted after a chip part is mounted on the terminal. SOLUTION: After the chip part 9 is mounted on the terminal 4, a first protective layer 20 is prepared on the terminal 4 so that the first drawing terminal 15 may be covered and after the flexible wiring board 13 is mounted on the terminal 4, a second protective layer 21 is prepared on the terminal 4 so that a second drawing terminal 16 may be covered.
