PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect a sleeve embedded in a concrete structure to an extension sleeve. SOLUTION: This connector 1 is integrally constituted of a first ring part 2 fitted to and inserted into the sleeve on the concrete structure side, a flange part 3 continuously arranged in this part, and a second ring part 4 continuously arranged in the flange part 3 and fitted to and inserted into the extension sleeve. The first ring part 2 is thinly formed to be cuttable by scissors, and is fitted to and inserted into the sleeve in a state of forming a notch in the first ring part 2 by the scissors when the concrete structure side sleeve is deformed, and is constituted so that the first ring part 2 follows deformation of the sleeve. Since both the first ring part 2 and the respective sleeves are fixed by an adhesive, these ring parts 2 and 4 have sufficient high connection strength even if the parts are thin.
