PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operating means which sufficiently prevents an incorrect operation by one set and which can reduce a cost. SOLUTION: All functions and fundamental function of a device are properly used by one set of a remote controller 1 on the basis of a group division of an operation key 12 of a main function group GM, a sub-function group GS and all functional group GU with simple configurations called status change key 13 or hole 112 provided in the interior of a housing 11. Accordingly, two sets of remote controllers, an enclosure, a door member become unnecessary, and the cost can be remarkably reduced. Simultaneously, the status change key 13 is pressed by a pressing member, such as a pen, through a hole 112 formed in the housing 11. Accordingly, setting and resetting of operation limit of unprepared remote controller 1 is prevented.
