PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method for a reference vibrator by which the fluctuations of the reference vibrator connected to a product as a test target are accurately determined. SOLUTION: The measurement of a plurality of reference oscillation circuits 32 is executed by using the reference vibrator 31. The obtained measurement value is recorded in a storage medium 44 of a tester 4 and a plurality of the reference oscillation circuits 32 are stored. The testing of a plurality of continuously produced oscillation circuits is executed by using the reference vibrator 31. After that, the re-measurement of a plurality of the reference oscillation circuits 32 is executed by using the reference vibrator 31. The obtained measurement value and the measurement value recorded in the storage medium 44 are compared with each other. When the characteristic fluctuation of the reference vibrator 31 is detected, the reference vibrator 31 or the testing condition is adjusted so as to cancel the characteristic fluctuation. The testing of a plurality of the continuously produced oscillation circuits is continued after executing the adjustment for canceling the fluctuation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
