PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of microphone in which liquid, e.g. sweat, is prevented effectively from spreading on the inner wall of a sound guide section to reach the sound port of the microphone. SOLUTION: In the waterproof structure of microphone where liquid, e.g. sweat, is prevented from passing through a sound guide section 2 to reach the sound port 8 of the microphone body 1, a thin punching metal plate 10 is fixed to the inner wall 2a of the sound guide section 2, a part where the outer circumference 10a of the punching member 10 and the inner wall 2a of the sound guide section 2 come into contact or form a gap is filled with UV-curing resin as a filler 11 thus preventing liquid, e.g. sweat, from spreading on the inner wall 2a of a sound guide section 2 to reach the sound port 8 of the microphone body 1.
