PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high precision inspection equipment capable of accurately inspecting the inside of a tubular structure by maintaining a stable attitude of the equipment without being affected by turbulence or the like occurred inside the tubular structure. SOLUTION: The internal inspection equipment 1 is equipped with a frame 27 and a means of suspending the frame 27 from the top of an exhaust cylinder 3; and the frame 27 is equipped with an adsorption means 29 for energizing the frame 27 in the direction of a wall surface 10 of the exhaust cylinder 3, a supporting means 31 having a wheel 71 contacting to the wall surface 10, and an inspection means 37 for inspecting the state of the wall surface 10.
