PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation filtering device which improves washing and cleaning effects and then completely removing impurities and slime, or the like, floating together with circulation water inside a circulation route in the device for sucking the circulation water from a circulation tub and filtering and cleaning the circulation water in a prescribed circulation route. SOLUTION: By turning the shape of the cross section of a cylinder to a recessed and projected star-shaped polygonal column with four or more vertex parts and four or more dent parts of a bushing plate 1 and a plug plate 2, the surface area of nonwoven fabric 7 is increased by 20% or more, and a returnable cartridge filter 20 in which a flow rate is low when the circulation water passes through the nonwoven fabric of the cylinder and fluid loads are reduced is attained. Also, by turning the cylinder to a returnable type to use it semipermanently and periodically changing the nonwoven fabric, filtering capacity for the circulation water is improved, the discoloring and deodorizing effects on the circulation water are increased, and a filter circulation filtering device at a low cost is provided.
