PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing an oligopeptide used for various medicines, especially the oligopeptide having a desired chain length. SOLUTION: The oligopeptide having the desired chain length is synthesized by further performing the chain length-elongating reaction of an oligopeptide having≥4 chain length by using a thermal flow reactor using hot water at 275-310°C without using an organic solvent.
