The kit has a screw drill inserted into a screw bushing and held together by a retaining screw (2), where the kit is made from rust free and sterilizable steel alloy or from titanium. The drill has a cutting drill portion which is pressed onto tooth root to remove residue in it, during which an inner polygon (5) of drill and outer polygon (4) of bushing rest into one another and the drill and bushing are blocked. A spiral spring presses the drill and the bushing in order to release the polygons. An independent claim is also included for a lever comprising an inner screw.
