A tray like base (18) is fastened to a concrete backing (12) via bolt (32), while an anchor (20) is fastened to the boundary (10) of a wall element. Precipitation hardening resin (34) is filled into the base and embed the hooks (44) projected from the baseplate (28) of the anchor. An independent claim is also included for a connection arrangement for a multi part link.
