The drum has permanent magnets (1) in a spacer at pole discs (3, 4). A set of component parts are inserted in the discs. The discs with its two radial outer front walls form a groove surface for magnetically conductive tractive organs. Annular recesses are provided for intake of mounting parts of a distance disc, where the recesses are made from material that is either non-conductive or contains very less magnetic conductive properties.
