A crystal structure of dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV), and the three-dimensional atomic coordinates of the DPP-IV extracellular domain, as described and used for the identification of ligands, including DPP-IV inhibitors, used for the treatment of diseases that are associated with proteins that are subject to processing by DPP-IV.
