COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, TERMINAL, AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the risk of leakage of secret information to the outside by simply executing connection setting of wireless data communication with almost no mistake.

SOLUTION: Temporary setting information 12 is previously stored in a terminal 11. The temporary setting information 12 is transmitted to a terminal 14 via infrared communication 15. The terminal 14 generates setting information 16 on the basis of the temporary setting information and stores the setting information 16. The terminal 14 transmits the notification of connection completion to the terminal 11 via a wireless LAN 17. When the terminal 11 receives the notification of connection completion from the terminal 14, update operation is executed so as to designate the information of a connection destination to the terminal 14 since the number of the terminal 14 is included in the notification of connection completion. The terminal 11 has setting information 18 as a result of the update of the temporary setting information 12. The terminals 11, 14 are in a state of being connected to a network capable of executing bidirectional wireless LAN communication.
