<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller cover composed of a fluorine polymer, superior in productivity of the roller cover, capable of adhering to a roller body with sufficient adhesive strength without performing chemical inner surface treatment of the dangerous and troublesome roller cover, and superior in adhesive stability with the lapse of time. <P>SOLUTION: This roller cover 40 has at least a first layer 41 and a second layer 42. The first layer 41 is formed of a thermoplastic fluorine polymer without including a hydroxyl group, and the second layer 42 is formed of a thermoplastic fluorine polymer including a hydroxyl group. Thus, an outer peripheral surface (the first layer 41) of the roller cover 40 has non-stickiness, and an inner peripheral surface (the second layer 42) of the roller cover 40 can be adhered to the roller body 20 without performing the chemical inner surface treatment. As a result, a manufacturing process of the roller cover 40 can dispense with the chemical inner surface treatment, and can remarkably improve productivity of the roller cover 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
