PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionically conductive rubber composition free from tackiness and oil bleed on rubber surface, slight in electrical resistance change on variation in applied voltage, and suitable for producing roll rubbers for use in e.g. electrophotographic image formation equipment, and to provide an ionically conductive rubber roll using the composition. SOLUTION: The ionically conductive rubber composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane having in one molecule at least two alkenyl groups each bound to a silicon atom, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having in one molecule at least two hydrogen atoms each bound to a silicon atom and a polyether group via an alkylene linkage to a silicon atom, (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst, (D) an ionically conductive compound and (E) a phenolic antioxidant. The ionically conductive rubber roll comprises a core metal and an ionically conductive rubber layer consisting of the cured product of the above composition covering the circumference of the core metal.
