<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that purposes of all conventional male contraceptives (condoms) are to prevent the venereal disease and control the life and there is no simple and effective male contraceptive (condom) for suppressing, maintaining, recovering and improving the deterioration and decline of the sexual function of middle-aged and older men caused by increase in stress and decline of physical strength and men concerned with ED, who are forced to be inconvenient and uneasy to the social life (especially in a sex life). <P>SOLUTION: A thick ring part at an entrance part of a conventional latex male contraceptive (condom) contains and is integrated with finely powdered, powdered, fine spherical, or rod or bow-shaped and magnetized ferromagnetic body having a magnetic force for suppressing, maintaining, recovering or improving the functional decline by promoting the blood flow of the male genital organ.
