<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working form different from a conventional working form wherein an individual works by belonging to a company or being asked to perform a job by a company. <P>SOLUTION: An Internet program takes an Internet server as a mediator between individuals and companies to complete order reception, working, and liquidation when the individuals work whether they belong to the companies or are asked by the companies, and gives capability points to individuals by assessment per item after working and ranks the individuals in a society in accordance with capability.
