<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building information management/providing system which gives deeper understanding to a person thinking about purchase and has persuasive power to a commodity provider by allowing real things to be seen without allowing third parties' arbitrariness neither requiring adjustment of schedules of three parties, namely, the person thinking about purchase, a person in charge of business, and a user and allowing the person thinking about purchase and the user to be sufficiently understood by each other. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with; an information recorder 1b of a trader which records information of existing buildings wherein tenants exist; and an operation control circuit 1a which accepts information processing operations from a tenant-side terminal 3 and a terminal 4 in the side of the person thinking about purchase and causes the information recorder 1b, the terminal 3, and the terminal 4 to communicate information with each other. The operation control circuit 1a accepts a visit request condition of an existing building, which is inputted from the terminal 4, and searches and selects an existing building meeting this condition and inquires of the terminal 3 whether the person thinking about purchase can visit the existing building or not and sends a result to the terminal 4 as a reply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
