<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve customer services by shortening customers' waiting time and increase a financial institution's processing efficiency by a system whereby when a financial institution accepts a request for processing a monetary transaction from a customer, it issues a temporary receipt to the customer, and when the processing has been completed, the customer receives the result of the processing using the temporary receipt. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises: a request accepting means that accepts a request for processing a monetary transaction; a temporary receipt issuing means that issues a temporary receipt indicating that the request has been accepted; a processing means that executes the processing; a notification means that notifies of the completion of the processing; and a processing result receiving means that enables the customer to receive the result of the processing by the individual identification by the temporary receipt, thereby separating a financial institution's accepting of a customer's request for processing and a customer's receiving of the result of the processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
