<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the vibrator as a whole from lengthening, by making an angular speed sensor endure torsional force and surely fixing a fixing point of the vibrator. <P>SOLUTION: The angular speed sensor is provided with the vibrator 50. The vibrator 50 comprises first and second mutually parallel leg parts 11 and 12 projected in a first direction 91; a third leg part 13 projected in a second direction 92 that is a reverse direction to the first direction 91 on the same line as the first leg part 11; a fourth leg part 14 projected in the second direction 92 on the same line as the second leg part 12; a first connection part 15 orthogonal to the leg parts by connecting the roots of the first and second leg parts 11 and 12; a second connecting part 16 orthogonal to the leg parts by connecting roots of the third and fourth leg parts 13 and 14; a first leg extension part 17 connecting the first leg part 11 and the third leg part 13; and a second leg extension part 18 connecting the second leg part 12 and the fourth leg part 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
