PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine combustor capable of reducing NOx emission. SOLUTION: This gas turbine combustor is provided with a first fuel nozzle to inject fuel, a combustion burner positioned on the outer circumferential side of the first fuel nozzle to inject combustion air, and an inner cylinder positioned downstream of the combustion burner for mixed combustion of fuel and combustion air. In an inner cylinder wall surface downstream of the first combustion nozzle, at least one inflow hole is formed through which mix of combustion air and fuel flows into the inner cylinder.
