PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic charge image development for forming images having high image density by solving defect such as deterioration of a binder resin and hardly having occurrence of fog and superior in anti-offset, fixing strength to a recording material and preservation in the manufacturing method of the toner for the electrostatic charge image development using a master batch method. SOLUTION: In a continuous two-roller type kneading machine 1, a raw material mixture containing a binder resin and a coloring agent is charged between a front roller 2 and a rear roller 3, compressed, heated and melted, homogenized and diffused by rotation of the front roller 2 and the rear roller 3 to scratch an obtained kneaded matter from the surface of the front roller 2 with a kneaded matter taking-out device 5 so as to be discharged from a kneaded matter discharge part 6. Furthermore, the continuous kneading machine such as an extruder dilutes and kneads by adding the binder resin to the kneaded matter. In manufacturing the toner, a medium temperature for heating the rollers circulated in the inside of the charge side of the raw material mixture of the front roller 2 is set in a specific range.
