PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate carrying to a mountainous region, to reduce fatigue of workers and to raise the collecting efficiency by compactly mounting a working attachment on an existing construction machine. SOLUTION: The construction machine (5) is equipped with the working attachment (8) such as a bucket, a grapple or a fork mounted through an arm (7) on the tip of a boom (6). A pair of individually operating winches (10-1 and 10-2) are installed on the tip side of the boom (6) and tips of wires (30) withdrawn from each of the winches (10-1 and 10-2) are mutually connected.
