PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and prevent cutting of a wire stretched in a load-carrying platform along passages for disposing wheels of a vehicle loaded on the load-carrying platform of a vehicle transporter. SOLUTION: In a wire guide member used in the vehicle transporter, a projecting part is formed in a base plate made of a metal plate by press working, and a turning seat 2 made of a metal plate where a turning shaft 2a is formed by burring is inserted in a hole 1a bored on the surface of the projecting part from the projecting part side.
