PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of changing a magnetic fixing device 1 from a fixed state to a releasable state Q by reducing a force to be applied to an operation part 8. SOLUTION: A magnetic attraction body 7 is provided in a fixed base 6 where a perforating apparatus 2 is mounted. A spindle 15 provided in a base end side of the magnetic attraction body 7 turnably supports the magnetic attraction body 7 to the fixed base 6. A connecting shaft 17 to the operation part 8 is provided in the tip side of the magnetic attraction body 7. A permanent magnet 20 is provided in the magnetic attraction body 7 between the spindle 15 and the connecting shaft 17. The operation part 8 rotationally turns the magnetic attraction body 7 around the spindle 15 to approach or separate the permanent magnet 20 to/from a mount part 5. Especially when the magnetic fixing device 1 is changed form the fixed state to the releasable state Q, the magnetic attraction body 7 is gradually turned up from its tip side to the base side to separate the permanent magnet 20 from the mount part 5.
