PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for reducing the concentration of fluorine, boron or nickel in wastewater to 1.2 mg/L or below and recovering and recycling nickel or the like. SOLUTION: The treatment method of the waste liquid containing fluorine, boron or nickel is composed of a means for adjusting the pH of the waste liquid containing fluorine, boron or nickel by calcium hydroxide or calcium carbonate, a means for recovering fluorine, boron or nickel as a calcium compound in a solid form by vacuum distillation, a means for treating vapor in a stainless steel vessel to cool and liquefy the same and a means for reducing the concentration of fluorine, boron or nickel in liquefied recovered water to 1.2 mg/L or below.
