PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine using a game ball as a game medium, which can be operated collectively with a game machine using another game medium, and can be maintained in the same manner as the other game machine. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine comprises a put-out means 57 for putting out prize balls to an upper tray 7 side based on establishment of a prize winning combination, a shooting standby passage 81 arranged between a shooting means 15 and the upper tray 7 for holding the game balls flowing in from the side of the upper tray 7 in a standby state ahead of the shooting means 15, a shooting ball feeding restricting means 97 preventing the game balls from flowing from the upper tray 7 side to the shooting standby passage 81 side with a specified number of game balls being set standby in the shooting standby passage 81 at the start of each unit game and keeping the prevented state until the unit game is completed, and a shooting ball replenishment control means 132 for putting out game balls from the put-out means 57 to the shooting ball standby passage 81 side as many as the number of foul balls.
