PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionomer composition excellent in a low moisture-absorbing property, a high temperature-processability, an antistatic property, a high frequency-welding property, etc., and on blending with a hydrophobic polymer, capable of obtaining a polymer composition excellent in the high temperature-processability and the antistatic property. SOLUTION: This ionomer composition consists of (A) 25 pts.wt. to <50 pts.wt. ionomer in which part or whole of an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer is neutralized by an alkali metal selected from a group consisting of potassium, rubidium and cesium, and having at least 1.45 mmol/g amount of the alkali metal, and (B) 75 pts.wt. to >50 pts.wt. hydrophobic polymer.
