<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine a fall even in the case that a G sensor is not at a centroid position and in the case of a rotating fall. <P>SOLUTION: The fluctuation conditions of both of detected accelerations in the respective directions of an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis and the vector synthesis value of the respective accelerations are monitored and whether or not it is a fall is determined. That is, the fall is determined when the condition that all of the accelerations in the respective directions of the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis are stable for prescribed time is not satisfied or when change is not observed for prescribed time in the state that the vector synthesis value is out of a prescribed range considered as 1G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
