<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding apparatus facilitating to cut a sealed part while a pressure-resistant strength of the sealed part is kept, a package manufacturing apparatus using the ultrasonic welding apparatus, and a method for manufacturing a package to be easily cut while the pressure-resistant strength of the sealed part is kept. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic welding apparatus 100 melts an article 115 to be welded by an ultrasonic vibrational energy and bonds the article to be welded by pressure. The ultrasonic welding apparatus is equipped with a horn 50 applying the ultrasonic vibrational energy from a face 51 through which the article to be welded is bonded by pressure, and an anvil 60 having a face 65 facing the face for bonding by pressure of the horn and bonding the article to be welded by pressure, and on either one of the faces for bonding by pressure, a recess 63 for storing the molten article to be welded is formed. The packaging body manufacturing apparatus is equipped with the ultrasonic welding apparatus 100. A method for manufacturing a package comprises an ultrasonic welding sealing to form thin, storing the molten article flowing when the ultrasonic welding sealing is performed, sticking the molten article on a cylindrical film, and cutting it at a sealed part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
