<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil load drive output circuit reducing radiant noise due to switching. <P>SOLUTION: The coil load drive output circuit 1 is provided with: first and second control transistors 17, 18 which output power source side drive transistor control voltage; first and second current restriction impedance elements 19, 20 which restrict their current; third and fourth control transistors 26, 27 which output ground side drive transistor control voltage; third and fourth current restriction impedance elements 28, 29 which restrict their current; a power source side and a ground side drive transistors 30, 31 each of which is controlled by the power source side or the ground side drive transistor control voltage and which output drive voltage of a coil load 2 and a power source side; and a ground side detection transistors 24, 15 each of which is controlled by the power source side or the ground side drive transistor control voltage and forcibly turns a ground side or a power source side drive transistor off when it is turned on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
