DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CREATING HEATING/ROLLING SCHEDULE IN HEATING/ROLLING PLANT, COMPUTER PROGRAM AND READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically create the optimum schedule in a heating/rolling plant.

SOLUTION: This device is a creating device of the heating/rolling schedule in the heating/rolling with which the heating order and the rolling order of slabs in the heating/rolling plant composed of a singular or a plurality of heating furnace and rolling mills are decided and which is provided with an information processing unit for the object steel of the schedule with which information about the physical distribution conditions of the object steel of the schedule and the object steel of the schedule from a steelmaking plant to the heating/rolling plant is stored and this information is automatically updated through a network, a simulation system for predicting a future physical distribution conditions by inputting the situation of the object steel of the schedule at present point of time from the information processing unit of the object steel of the schedule and an optimum schedule computing system with which schedule directions are computed in accordance with the state of the arrival conditions of the object steel of the future schedule which is predicted with the simulation system and the operation progressing situation in the heating/rolling plant.
