PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use DRM function corresponding contents by a normal file operation(open/read or the like) even by an application which does not correspond to DRM by realizing DRM function in a basic software(OS) level.

SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with an operating system for restricting the function of an application according to the security attributes of an application, a contents storing means for storing a plurality of contents and a ticket storing means for storing DRM ticket information corresponding to the DRM contents. When a predetermined application tries to read the DRM contents stored in the contents storing means, this operation system decodes the data of the DRM contents by applying DRM ticket information corresponding to the DRM contents.
