<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory controlling method, a memory control system, and a program capable of reducing memory devices such as a local SRAM included in a processor in the memory controlling system and aiming low power consumption, and a storage medium therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The memory control system has a low power consumption mode detecting section 100 detecting a low power consumption mode, and a communication controlling section 101 performing communication between the main processor 1402 and a sub processor 1408.
