摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological coupling detecting apparatus and a method using an inductance element and detecting a biological coupling by measuring the changes in the electrical characteristics of a circuit comprising the inductance element. SOLUTION: The biological coupling detection method includes a step of forming a signal-converting section which uses at least one inductance element, a step of disposing a biochip, comprising capturing probe biomolecules on a substrate in a predetermined region of the signal-converting section and measuring the electrical characteristics of the signal-converting section, a step of making coupling reaction between the biochip and a sample (DNA, RNA, Protein, Biomolecules) to occur which is intended to be analyzed, and a step of measuring the electrical characteristics of the signal-converting section, after the coupling reaction. Accordingly, the detection capability for the biological coupling reaction is improved in comparison with the conventional methods, since the detection result of the biological coupling can be obtained from the electrical signals.
