PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watching system capable of easily realizing two-way conversations between a watched person and a watcher. SOLUTION: The watching system transmits life information data for the watched person obtained by analyzing original data collected by a plurality of monitors 31-1a to 31-1c set within the watched person's house from a watched person's house terminal 31 to a watcher terminal 33 through a communication network 32. In this system, two-way conversation means 31-2b and 33-b are provided on the watched person's house terminal and the watcher terminal so that two-way conversations can be performed only with a preliminarily registered watcher terminal.
