PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting device for transmitting data with high performance while suppressing the increase of the storage capacity of a buffer to be used as an end point. SOLUTION: This transmitting device is provided with transmission FIFO 171 to 17N with small capacities having storage capacities which are less than reference data amounts, transmission FIFO 160 with large capacities having storage capacities which are the reference data amounts or more, which are installed for each end point, a CPU 200 which estimates the end point with transmission data whose transmission is highly likely to be requested at first among transmission data whose transmission is clarified, and assigns the estimated end point to the transmission FIFO 160 and a DMAC 400 which writes the transmission data corresponding to the estimated end point in the transmission FIFO 160, and writes the transmission data corresponding to any end point other than the end point among the transmission data whose transmission is clarified in the default transmission FIFO 171-17N.
