PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact electrification system which can uniformly charge the surface of a body to be charged without generating small wrinkles on a rotating charge body, provide a process cartridge having the contact electrification system, and provide an image forming device having the contact electrification system or the process cartridge. SOLUTION: In the contact electrification system having the rotating charge body 2 to charge the surface of the body to be charged by making contact with the body 1 to be charged, a lubricant a is applied annularly along the circumference of the outer peripheral surfaces of both ends 2d of the contact area where the rotating charge body comes in contact with the surface.
