PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck training device using spring action by two C-rings in horse shoe shape. SOLUTION: Two C-rings (1, 2) in a definite size matching the neck of a man are mutually fixed at both ends so as to form a horse shoe shape.
